Scope:

The standard establishes that fire extinguishers approved acording to DS 2120 during and after use will receive such inspection, service and treatment that any consumer, manufacturer and authority can be certain that the fire extinguishers, in the period for which they are certified, are, as regards safety and fire protection, of the same quality as when they were approved.
