Scope:
This standard is intended for manufacturers and stockists of steel in coils for reinforcement of concrete and for companies which decoil and/or manufacture machine welded fabric. This standard deals with coils made of steel in accordance with DS 13080. This standard deals with coils for manufacture of reinforcement steel used without prestressing for fully concreting structures according to DS 411. The standard determines that the steelworks shall report the tensile properties and the elogation for manually rebend testpieces and the processor shall document the requirement given in DS 13080. Annex A gives rules for attestation of conformity with this standard.
