Scope:
Set of requirements which, by means of sprinklers in buildings, aims to secure a reasonable fire protection. The code does not cover systems for point protection, manually operated sprinkler systems or systems for use in ships. Nor does the code cover the protection of specially inflammable plant or materials of a type for which water is unsuitable as quenching medium.
