Scope:
This CENELEC Report identifies the equipment used on low-voltage 3 phase public distribution systems at the position where the building installation is connected to the public distribution system and the responsibility thereafter changes from the supply authority to the user. This equipment is either owned by the supply authority or that authority is, at least, responsible for the specification of this equipment.
