Scope:
This standard lays down the markings for tank wagons used for the carriage of: - liquefied gases of classes 2 of RID - substances of classes 3,4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 8 and 9 of RID carried in the liquid state. Compressed gases have not been considered in this standard. This standard defines also the dimensions and the fixing of identification plates and various particulars to be marked on them.
