Scope:
This International Standard specifies the mechanical properties of bolts, screws, studs and nuts with nominal thread diameters, d, from M1,6, to M39 inclusive; with metric ISO thread in accordance with ISO 261; made of copper and copper alloys or aluminium and aluminium alloys. It does not apply to bolts, screws, studs and nuts with corrosion resistance; electrical conductivity.
